Belarusian Premier League round 3 best performance: Artem Khotin (by Hoops Agents)

Forward Artem Khotin (198-F-2010) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for RCOP-SDUSHOR Minsk, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 3.
The 16-year old player had a double-double of 23 points and 10 rebounds, while his team outclassed, the league's bottom-ranked team SDUSHOR-Viktoria (#7, 0-2) with 37-point margin 85-48. RCOP-SDUSHOR is placed at 3rd position in Belarusian Premier League. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. But it's just the very beginning of the season and RCOP-SDUSHOR won just one (their first) game. It's too early to say anything as the standings can be changed completely after next round. It's Khotin's second year at RCOP-SDUSHOR and it's hard to imagine this team without him.

The second best player in last round's games was young Ivan Dudchenko (191-G-2006) of COR-Borisfen Mogilev. Dudchenko had a very good evening with 27 points and 7 rebounds. Bad luck as Borisfen lost that game 73-90 to Rubon 2 (1-1). The season is still at the very beginning and this lost game may not be such crucial, of course if they start win the games. Let's wait for the next round. Dudchenko is well-known at Borisfen and is a proven leader in his second season with the team. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 17.5ppg (#3). He also registered 7.5 boards per game.

Third on the list of top players last round was international forward Ruslan Pishcheyko (198-F-1998) of Rubon Vitebsk OBK-Voktsor (#3). Pishcheyko showcased his all-around game by recording 24 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists in the last round. Despite Pishcheyko's great performance the Rubon lost 74-77 to Gomel (#5, 2-2). But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates. The last thing Rubon needs is to lose another game like this one. They lose more and more distance to the top teams in the Group A. Their record is 3 victories and 2 lost games. Pishcheyko has a great season in Belarus. After only 5 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 8.0rpg (5th best).
