HKK Siroki Brijeg (Division I) agreed terms with 31-year old ex-international forward Jure Zubac (203cm-1995, agency: PEPI SPORT) for the new 2026-27 season. It is actually his comeback to Siroki Brijeg as he has played here before. He has played for the last three seasons at Bosna in the Division I. He managed to play in three leagues last year. The team played in three different competitions (!!!) that year, and he was exposed to basketball on different levels. In four Division I games, he had 5.5ppg and 1.5rpg. Zubac's team won the league title (twice) and the cup. Zubac also played 16 games in FIBA Europe Cup where he recorded 3.5ppg and 2.3rpg. He helped them to make it to the quarterfinals. Finally, he contributed to 27 games in ABA League where he averaged 3.8ppg and 3.4rpg. Zubac was a member of Bosnia and Herzegovina Senior National Team between 2021 and 2022.
He has played previously in Belgium for Belfius Mons Hainaut and in Slovakia for Slovan.
Among many awards, he was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Bosnia and Herzegovina Division I Honorable Mention in 2024.
