Krejzova's 25 points give her Player of the Week award

28-year old forward Michaela Krejzova (186-F-1998) had an amazing evening in the last round for second-ranked DSK Levhartice Chomutov and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 1.
She had the game-high 25 points adding five rebounds for Chomutov in her team's victory, helping them to beat Hradec Kralove (#6, 0-2), the league's bottom-ranked team 92-86. Chomutov was forced-out from the top positions in CEWL. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost that single game earlier this season. Chomutov will need more victories to improve their 2-1 record. In the team's last game Krejzova had a remarkable 71.4% from 2-point range and got five three-pointers out of 8 attempts. She has many years of experience at Chomutov, through which she has constantly improved. Krejzova has impressive league stats. She is in league's top in points (2nd best: 17.5ppg), rebounds (7th best: 7.0rpg), assists (2nd best: 3.5apg) and averages solid 63.6% FGP and 58.3% from behind 3-point line.

Second best performed player last round was Ae'Rianna Harris (185-F-1998) of Sokol ZVUS Hradec Kralove. She is American forward in her first season at Hradec Kralove. In the last game Harris recorded an impressive double-double of 19 points and 11 rebounds. Bad luck as Hradec Kralove lost that game 86-92 to Chomutov (2-1). The season is still at the very beginning and this lost game may not be such crucial, of course if they start win the games. Let's wait for the next round. Harris is a newcomer at Hradec Kralove and quickly became one of team's most reliable players. She belongs to the best scorers in the league with 14.5ppg (#5). Her other stats are also decent: 8.5rpg and 3.5apg.

Third place about best performers goes to center Lara Bubnic (190-C-1999) of Triglav Vadoli Kranj (#3). Bubnic scored 17 points and grabbed 8 rebounds. Despite Bubnic's great performance the Triglav lost 61-71 to #2 ranked Chomutov. But her team cannot count on just a single player as she also needs help of the other teammates especially in such crucial game. The chances of Triglav not to end season at such low position in the league, however are less than slim as they have already lost 2 games, recording just one victories. With bigger assistance of her teammates, Bubnic could try to bring Triglav's a little bit higher in the standings. Bubnic has individually a great season in CEWL. After only 3 games, she made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 11.3ppg (9th best) and rebounds with 10.7rpg (#1 in league).
