The biggest surprise of round 2 in Dameligaen took place in Copenhagen where host Falcon beat Aabyhoj 73-57 on Sunday evening. Falcon looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Falcon made 8 blocks. The best player for the winners was guard Taylor Gleason (172-1995, college: Oakland) who scored 22 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists. The former international center Julianna Okosun (194-2001, college: Marquette, agency: Highlight Athletes) chipped in 20 points and 11 rebounds. Guard Camilla Christiansen (174-2001) produced 9 points and 8 rebounds for the guests. Aabyhoj's coach Fie Nordby rotated ten players seeing no chance for a win. Aabyhoj will have a break next week, which should allow them to rest. Falcon will try to continue on its current victory against SISU. It will be extra interesting game as SISU is their local rival from Copenhagen.
