Croatia cruised past Albania to improve at 3-0 record in Group A. They grabbed a 51-24 halftime advantage. They added 48 points in the second half to march to the victory. Luksa Buljevic (200-F-02, agency: PEPI SPORT) provided 20 points, while Boris Tisma (205-F-02) added 13 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Giseld Ndreca (193-SG-01) responded with 10 points for Albania.
Poland - Turkey 82-73
Poland rolled past Turkey for the first victory in Group B. Poland jumped off to a 25-16 lead after ten minutes. They followed with a strong 34-20 run in the third period to open a 23-point lead. Turkey narrowed the gap in the fourth term but came up short at the end. Kacper Gordon (186-SG-02) delivered 20 points for Poland. Ozan Yilmaz (190-G-03, agency: BeoBasket) answered with 13 points for Turkey.
Romania - Luxembourg 68-69
Luxembourg nipped Romania to take 2-1 record in Group D. Romania dominated throughout the first three quarters. They entered the fourth frame up by 8 points. But Luxembourg responded with a 22-13 run in the final stanza to snatch the win. Max Logelin (187-G-03) netted 24 points, while Ivor Kuresevic (193-F-03) added 18 points for the winning side. Enzo Vescan (194-SF-02, agency: BIG) responded with 15 points for Romania.
North Macedonia - Switzerland 65-79
Switzerland outscored North Macedonia for 2-1 record in Group D. Kevin Martina (203-SF-01) stepped up with 18 points and 12 rebounds to lead the charge. Switzerland used a massive 22-8 run in the second term to secure a 48-32 halftime advantage. They followed with a 20-11 run in the third term to clear off for good. Niko Rocak (206-F-01) contributed 17 points and 19 rebounds for the Swiss team. Dario Mitevski (190-G-01, agency: Mansfield and Associates) answered with 17 points and 9 rebounds for North Macedonia.
Czech Republic - Spain 71-65
Czech Republic gained the second win in Brno. The hosts held off Spain for 2-1 record in Group A. Czech Republic grabbed a 26-15 lead ten minutes into the game. They held Spain to just 9 points in the third term to open a 15-point lead. Spain outscored the hosts in the fourth term but came up short at the end. David Bohm (206-F-01) provided 17 points, while Martin Svoboda (202-C-01) added 15 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists in the win. Alex Scariolo (190-G-01) replied with 15 points for Spain.
Germany - Georgia 96-55
Germany eased past Georgia to gain 2-1 record in Group B action. Germany piled up a 47-27 halftime lead. They dropped 49 points in the second half to coast to the victory. Elias Baggette (181-PG-02) banked in 20 points, while Maximilian Begue (192-SG-01) added 17 points for the winners. Roman Tschintcharauli answered with 11 points for Georgia.
Slovakia - Kosovo 81-64
Slovakia opened win count in Group E. They toppled Kosovo behind 15 points and 12 rebounds from Jacob O'Connell (211-F-01).. Slovakia led by just 2 points at the interval 32-30. But they followed with a 26-12 run in the fourth quarter to race to the win. Patrik Lukac (189-SG-02) accounted for 15 points in the victory. Fatlind Shoshaj (182-PG-02) answered with 13 points for Kosovo.
Belarus - Hungary 71-93
Hungary beat Belarus to win Group E. It was a close battle in the first half. Hungary eked out a 41-38 halftime lead. They however used a massive 35-19 run in the fourth quarter to rally to the victory. Peter Filipovity (201-F-01) accounted for 23 points, while Adam Krasovec (205-C-01) and Vincent Valerio-Bodon (201-G/F-01) added 13 points each for the winners. Daniil Barysevich (206-G-01) replied with 15 points for Belarus.
Italy - Portugal 81-50
Italy breezed past Portugal for the second win in Group A. The Azzurri dominated from start to finish. Italy established a 42-22 halftime lead. They went on a 23-9 run in the third term to clear off for good. Sasha Grant (198-SF-02) dropped 14 points, while Angelo Del Chiaro (208-C-01) added 13 points in the victory. Stanley Borden (212-C-02) responded with 11 points for Portugal.
Bulgaria - France 63-95
France cruised past Bulgaria for the third straight win in Group B. France went on a 24-5 run in the second term to take a 45-22 halftime lead. They dropped 50 points in the second half to ease to the win. Milan Barbitch (196-PG-01) delivered 16 points, while Elwin Ndjock (200-PF-01) and Thimothe Crusol (192-PG-01) had 14 points each for the winners. Martin Anguelov (182-PG-02) answered with 17 points for Bulgaria.
