Belarus prevailed against Switzerland as Daniil Barysevich (206-G-01) came up with 20 points for the winners. Belarus used a 17-9 second period run to open a 35-27 halftime lead. Belarus followed with a 24-19 run in the fourth quarter to seal the win. Aliaksei Navoichyk (190-G-01) had 13 points for the winners. Kevin Martina (203-SF-01) answered with 21 points for Switzerland.
Greece - Slovenia 63-84
Slovenia remained undefeated in the Challenger. They thumped Greece to gain the fifth straight win in Group C. Rok Radovic (200-SG-01, agency: BeoBasket) finished with 15 points and 10 rebounds to pace the winners. Greece enjoyed a 20-13 lead after ten minutes. But Slovenia responded with a 24-8 run in the second term to take a 37-28 halftime advantage. They added 47 points in the second half to march to the win. Gregor Glas (197-SG-01) delivered 14 points for Slovenia. Alexandros Nikolaidis (190-G-02) answered with 17 points for Greece.
Croatia - Czech Republic 68-81
Czech Republic stormed past Croatia to climb atop of Group A at 3-1 record. Czech Republic secured a 26-19 lead after ten minutes. They went on a 25-17 run in the fourth frame to secure the win. Ondrej Hanzlik (202-G-02, agency: Octagon Europe) chipped in 24 points, while David Bohm (206-F-01) added 17 points and 12 rebounds in the win. Lovro Gnjidic (197-G-01) answered with 21 points for Croatia.
Georgia - Bulgaria 72-84
Bulgaria toppled Georgia in Group B to improve at 2-2 record. Bulgaria went on an 18-9 run in the third term to open an 11-point lead. They dropped 23 points in the fourth quarter to race to the win. Konstantin Toshkov (186-PG-02) provided 21 points, while Berk Mehmed (197-F/G-02) added 15 points in the victory. Nikoloz Gaprindashvili (198-G/F-02) answered with 19 points for Georgia.
Slovakia - Romania 83-57
Jacob O'Connell (211-F-01) delivered 20 points and 14 rebounds to pace Slovakia past Romania. The teams were tied at 31 after two quarters. But Slovakia went on a massive 28-9 run in the third term to take the lead. They added 24 points in the fourth quarter to secure a comfortable win. David Novak (195-F-03) added 14 points for Slovakia. Dragos Axinte (193-SF-02) replied with 11 points for Romania.
Hungary - North Macedonia 99-44
Hungary breezed past North Macedonia in Sopron. The hosts built a 29-10 lead after ten minutes. They held North Macedonia to just 34 points in the next three quarters to ease to the victory. Tamas Pallai (192-SG-01) delivered 15 points for the hosts. Ljubisha Dimitrovski (193-F-02) answered with 18 points for North Macedonia.
Belgium - Russia 65-64
Belgium nipped Russia in Heraklion. Thijs de Ridder dunked late in regulation to carry Belgium to the win. Belgium and Russia were tied at 30 at halftime. Belgium ignited a 19-13 run in the third term to take a 6-point lead. Russia denied the deficit and surged ahead late in the game. But Belgium managed to snatch a narrow victory at the end. Haris Bratanovic (209-C-01) stepped up with 22 points and 9 rebounds for Belgium. Alexandr Evseev (205-F-02) notched 16 points for Russia.
Portugal - Albania 72-54
Portugal topped Albania to open win count in Brno. Portugal recorded a 22-10 lead ten minutes into the game. They triggered a 39-30 second half run to secure the winning outcome. Frederico Chaves (185-SG-01) came up with 25 points for Portugal. Giseld Ndreca (193-SG-01) answered with 19 points for Albania.
Turkey - Germany 62-98
Germany fired past Turkey to improve at 3-1 record in Group B. Germany dominated from start to finish. They established a 56-28 halftime lead. They followed with a 26-16 run in the third term to clear off for good. Tristan Da Silva (203-F-01) finished with 15 points for the winners. Koralp Turk responded with 18 points for Turkey.
Israel - Ukraine 92-65
Israel marched past Ukraine to gain 3-2 record in Group C. Five players scored in double digits for the winners. Amit Aharoni stepped up with 18 points to lead the charge. Israel ensured a 24-14 lead after ten minutes. They dropped 51 points in the second half to ease to the win. Shoham Gat (185-G-02) contributed 13 points for Israel. Oleksadr Kobzystyi (200-SG-03) replied with 16 points for Ukraine.
Spain - Italy 70-50
Spain knocked down Italy to climb at 3-1 record in Group A. Spain piled up a 10-point lead after ten minutes. They followed with a 21-13 run in the third term to take a comfortable lead. Spain held Italy to just 11 points in the fourth quarter and raced to the win. Jaime Pradilla (202-PF-01) notched 15 points and 9 rebounds for Spain. Matteo Spagnolo (193-G-03) answered with 18 points for Italy.
France - Poland 86-70
France held off Poland for the fourth straight win in Tbilisi. France led by just 4 points at the big break 37-33. Poland pulled within 2 points at the final intermission. But France responded with a 27-13 run in the fourth period to ice the win. Milan Barbitch (196-PG-01) accounted for 21 points, while Thimothe Crusol (192-PG-01) added 16 points for France. Daniel Ziolkowski (195-F-02) replied with 14 points for Poland.
Luxembourg - Kosovo 84-80
Luxembourg topped Kosovo in Sopron. Kosovo used a 31-22 run in the second frame to open a 52-46 halftime lead. Luxembourg however stiffened defensively in the second half. They held Kosovo to just 28 points to snatch a narrow win. Max Logelin (187-G-03) was pivotal with 34 points and 9 rebounds, while Ivor Kuresevic (193-F-03) added 14 points in the win. Rron Thaci (198-F-01) answered with 23 points and 9 rebounds for Kosovo.
