Kosovo - Luxembourg 65-94
Luxembourg opened win count in Nicosia. They cruised past Kosovo for 1-0 record in Group B. Luxembourg recorded a 46-30 halftime lead. They added 48 points in the second half to march to the victory. Catherine Mreches (166-G-00) provided 26 points, while Magaly Meynadier (170-SG-91) and Anne Simon (173-G-00) added 14 points each for Luxembourg. Alexis Tolefree (173-PG-98, college: Arkansas) answered with 23 points for Kosovo.

Andorra - Malta 30-79
Malta stormed past Andorra for the opening win in Group A. Malta dominated from start to finish. They established a 47-15 halftime lead. They held Andorra to just 15 points in the second half and eased to the victory. Stephanie De Martino (184-F-93) produced 20 points, while Josephine Grima (193-C-84) added 14 points for the winners. Noah Mico (02) replied with 9 points for Andorra.
