After 3 rounds played we can already see who rules in the DBBL and who belongs to weaker ones. Here is the last round review presented by LBM Management.
The most surprising game was a loss of Marburg (2-1) on the court of Halle on Sunday night. Visitors were defeated by Halle 81-66. It was a great evening for American-Austrian power forward Alexia Allesch (185-1998, college: Seton Hall) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 15 rebounds. American guard Lee Volker (180-2003, college: Marquette) helped adding 26 points. The best for the losing side was Slovenian Lea Debeljak (176-2001, agency: LBM Management) with 25 points. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Halle is looking forward to face Herner (#7) at home in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Marburg will play against Keltern (#1) in Remchingen and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
