Oden's 25 points and 5 assists give him Hoops Agents ProA Player of the Week award

24-year old American forward Jeremiah Oden (203-F-2002, agency: One Motive Sports) had a very impressive game in the last round for Eisbaeren Bremerhaven and receives a Hoops Agents ProA Player of the Week award for round 5.
He had the game-high 25 points adding five rebounds and five assists for Bremerhaven in his team's victory, helping them to edge out ETB Miners (#15, 1-4) 97-94. Eisbaeren Bremerhaven is placed at 5th position in German ProA. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost two games earlier this season. Bremerhaven will need more victories to improve their 3-2 record. In the team's last game Oden had a remarkable 87.5% from 2-point range. He turned to be Eisbaeren Bremerhaven's top player in his first season with the team. Jeremiah Oden averages this season 12.0ppg.

Second best performed player last round was Viktor Kovacevic (203-F-1999, agency: Octagon Europe) of Giessen 46ers. He is Serbian forward in his first season at Giessen 46ers. In the last game Kovacevic recorded an impressive double-double of 20 points and 11 rebounds. Bad luck as 46ers was edged by slightly higher-ranked Koeln (#9, 3-2) 78-76. The game was between two teams which are definitely not main contenders for the title. Giessen 46ers dropped in the standings to 10th position. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 2-3 record. Kovacevic is a newcomer at Giessen 46ers and quickly became one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to guard Buzz Anthony (180-PG-1998) of Artland Dragons (#12). Anthony got into 30-points club by scoring exactly 30 points in the last round. He went also for four assists. He was a key player of Artland Dragons, leading his team to a 97-86 win against Bayreuth (#18, 0-5). The chances of Artland ranking at the top of the league, however are very questionable as they have already lost 3 games, recording just two victories. With bigger assistance of his teammates, Anthony could help Artland to bring them higher in the standings. Anthony has a great season in Germany. After only 5 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 14.4ppg (7th best) and assists with 6.4apg (6th best).
