Angelica Castellani agreed terms with Valdarno

- June 1, 2026

POSTED BY: Eurobasket News

Bruschi San Giovanni Valdarno (Serie A2) signed 26-year-old 170cm guard Angelica Castellani for the upcoming season. She is not a newcomer in the Italian League, having most recently played at Logiman Broni in the Serie A1. In 22 games last season, she recorded 4.3ppg and 1.0apg. Serie A2 will be a better match for her, and she can expect more playing time. For the previous two seasons (2023-25), she played for another Italian team, Use Scotti Rosa Empoli.
She has played previously for four other teams: Ancona, Civitanova, La Spezia, and Ponzano.
Among many awards, she was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Italian A2 South Honorable Mention back in 2023.
