Futurosa Trieste (Serie A2) confirmed 17-year old American guard Jade Edwards (175cm-2008, college: DePaul) in their roster for the upcoming 2026-27 season. She played there last season, averaging 12.0ppg, 5.5rpg, 1.8apg, and 1.6spg in 10 Serie A2 games.
Despite her young age, she had an impressive career. Her college team won the Patriot League Tournament in 2022, and she was also named to the Patriot League All-Tournament Team that same year.
Edwards attended De Paul University until 2024 and it will be her third season as a professional player. She played also for The American University for 4 years.
