Best players of Kosovan Superliga round 5

American Mika Adams-Woods (190-G-2000) had a very impressive game in the last round for KB Rahoveci and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 5.
The 26-year old guard got a double-double of 31 points and 10 assists, while his team beat Peja (#6, 2-3) 106-95. Rahoveci is placed at 7th position in Kosovan Superliga. The season is still in it's early stage, so the team may have a chance to improve their current position in the standings. They lost 4 games and had just one victory. In the team's last game Adams-Woods had a remarkable 72.7% from 2-point range. He turned to be Rahoveci's top player in his first season with the team. St. Bonaventure University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Adams-Woods is in league's top in points (3rd best: 25.2ppg), assists (5th best: 5.6apg) and averages solid 70.6% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young American forward Davontrey Thomas (196-F-2001) of Golden Eagle Ylli. Thomas impressed basketball fans with 26 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists. Of course he led Ylli to another comfortable win 100-86 over the lower-ranked Vellaznimi (#8, 1-4) being unquestionably team leader. Despite this victory Ylli slide down in the standings to 4th position. His team's 3-2 record is not bad at all. Thomas is a newcomer at Ylli and it seems he did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders.

The third best performed player last round was American Kentrell Pullian (183-PG-2002) of Vellaznimi Gjakove (#8). Pullian showcased his all-around game by recording 28 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists in the last round. Despite Pullian's great performance the Vellaznimi lost 86-100 to the higher-ranked Ylli (#4, 3-2). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. Vellaznimi can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have extremely bad season and 1-4 record places them at the very bottom of the standings. Pullian has individually a great season in Kosovo. After only 5 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 21.2ppg (4th best) and assists with 7.2apg (2nd best).
