SKM I made 21-of-27 charity shots (77.8 percent) during the game. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Matas Deniusas (200-2007, agency: BIG) who helped to win the game recording 14 points and 6 rebounds. Forward Adomas Pocius (195-2007) contributed with 14 points and 4 assists for the winners. Point guard Azuolas Hopenas (179-2007) answered with a double-double by scoring 19 points, 5 rebounds, 11 assists and 4 steals and forward Neidas Linartas (202-2008) added 16 points and 13 rebounds in the effort for Tornado KM. Gabrielius Bubnys, 18-year old power forward from the Marijampoles ZSM-Fildingas Under 18 team, was selected as the Player of the Year at the Lithuania. He received multiple other awards, was honored as the Defensive Player of the Year, and was chosen to the First Team and Defensive Team. Bubnys was the Player of the Week honoree in the league. He led the Lithuania in points per game with almost 31 and rebounds per game with almost 13. Bubnys has totalled 23 games of 20 or more points on the year and recorded 30 or more points in 15 games.
