Best players of Lithuanian RKL round 6

Experienced Rokas Jukonis (194-G/F-1990) had an amazing evening in the last round for Sirvintos UHB Group and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents RKL Player of the Week award for round 6.
The 36-year old swingman had a double-double of 19 points and 11 rebounds, while his team crushed Kupiskis (#12, 3-3) with 21-point margin 99-78. Sirvintos is placed at 6th position in Lithuanian RKL. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Sirvintos will need more victories to improve their 4-3 record. It's Jukonis' second year at Sirvintos and it's hard to imagine this team without him. Rokas Jukonis averages this season 12.4ppg and 7.1rpg.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young Rapolas Klisauskas (189-SF-2010) of Vilniaus Rytas-MRU. Klisauskas impressed basketball fans with 28 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists. Bad luck as Rytas-MRU lost that game 83-95 to the higher-ranked Kupiskis (#12, 3-3). The game was between two teams which are definitely not main contenders for the title. Rytas-MRU is still at the dead bottom 18th position. 6 lost games are too many considering they did not win any game. Klisauskas is a newcomer at Rytas-MRU and it seems he did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 19.2ppg (#2). His other stats are also decent: 5.8rpg and 6.5apg.

The third best performed player last round was Augustas Zilinskas (197-PF-1997) of KK Kupiskis (#12). Zilinskas showcased his all-around game by recording 21 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists in the last round. Despite Zilinskas' great performance the Kupiskis lost 78-99 to the higher-ranked Sirvintos (#6, 4-3). But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates. The last thing Kupiskis needs is to lose another game like this one. They lose more and more distance to the top teams. Their record is 3 victories and 3 lost games. Zilinskas has a great season in Lithuania. After only 6 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 17.5ppg (7th best) and rebounds with 10.7rpg (#1 in league).
