The most exciting game of round 16 in the Prva A took place in Herceg Novi. This derby game ended with only two-point defeat on the road of 3rd ranked Podgorica (10-5) to fourth ranked Primorje (6-8) 76-74 on Tuesday evening. Primorje made 17-of-22 free shots (77.3 percent) during the game. They also forced 26 Podgorica turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Natasa Radovic (178-2000, college: Biola, CA) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 21 points, 13 rebounds, 4 assists and 6 steals. Forward Mia Bajo (172-2008) contributed with 18 points (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) for the winners. point guard Milena Vujovic (179-2008) replied with 28 points and 7 rebounds for Podgorica. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Primorje maintains fourth position with 6-8 record. Podgorica at the other side dropped to the second place with five games lost. They share the position with Trebjesa.
An interesting game for Podgorica (10-5) which hosted in Podgorica their biggest opponent Trebjesa (10-5). Third ranked Podgorica had an easy win 81-55. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Trebjesa. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Marija Dutina (168-2007) who helped to win the game recording 20 points and Ljube Andric who added 8 points and 13 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side forward Andjela Rondovic (178-2007) responded with 14 points and 6 steals. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Podgorica moved-up to second place, which they share with defeated Trebjesa.

It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Primorje. The winners were led by Maja Bigovic who had that evening a double-double by scoring 18 points and 16 rebounds. Even a double-double of 14 points and 11 rebounds by Anja Adzic did not help to save the game for Primorje. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Undefeated Buducnost have an impressive 15-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 15-0 record. Loser Primorje keeps the fourth place with eight games lost.
Other games in round 16 were not that significant. Trebjesa smashed Antivari on the road 60-31. Trebjesa destroyed Herceg Novi on its own court 116-30. Antivari lost to undefeated Buducnost in Podgorica 49-96.
