Radonjic number one in Montenegro Prva A for round 1 (by Hoops Agents)

International Guard Zorana Radonjic (173-G-2002) had an amazing evening in the last round for top-ranked ZKK Buducnost Bemax Podgorica, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 1.
The 23-year old player was the main contributor (31 points, three rebounds and eight assists) to her team's victory, helping them to outclass, the league's bottom-ranked team Primorje (#8, 0-1) with 64-point margin 125-61. Thanks to this victory Buducnost moved-up to the 1st position in Montenegrin Prva A. But it's just the very beginning of the season and Buducnost won just one (their first) game. It's too early to say anything as the standings can be changed completely after next round. In the team's last game Radonjic had a remarkable 81.8% from 2-point range. She has many years of experience at Buducnost, through which she has constantly improved. Zorana Radonjic has solid league stats. She is league's best scorer averaging so far 31.0ppg and is league's best passer with 8.0apg. Radonjic is in league's top in and averages impressive 6.0spg,81.8% FGP and 60.0% from behind 3-point line.

The second best player in last round's games was young American Dashanti Miller (183-F/C-2003) of ZKK Primorje Herceg Novi. Miller had a very good evening with a double-double of 24 points and 13 rebounds. Bad luck as Primorje lost that game 61-125 to Buducnost (1-0). The season is still at the very beginning and this lost game may not be such crucial, of course if they start win the games. Let's wait for the next round. Miller is a newcomer at Primorje, but is already one of team's top players. She belongs to the best scorers in the league with 24.0ppg (#3). She also registered 13.0 boards per game.

Third on the list of top players last round was Milena Mijuskovic of ZKK Trebjesa (#3). Mijuskovic scored 24 points and grabbed 20 rebounds (!!!). She was a key player of Trebjesa, leading her team to a 60-58 win against Lovcen (#7, 0-1). Trebjesa has a very good start of the season. But there was just one game played, so it's too early to judge them at this stage. Mijuskovic also has a very good start of the season with very strong stats. The season just started for Mijuskovic as she played only first game. But it already looks like she can be team's leader.
