The game between Top Four teams took place in Herceg Novi. Third ranked host Primorje (3-3) smashed their close opponent Podgorica (3-3) 75-45. Primorje forced 21 Podgorica turnovers. It was a great evening for who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 21 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists. helped adding 25 points and 7 rebounds. At the losing side Marija Sekulovic responded with 25 points and 5 rebounds (on 12-of-15 shooting from the field). Podgorica's coach Marko Milosevic gave up on the game allowing to play eleven players seeing no chance for a win. Despite that victory Primorje went down to fourth position due to points difference, which they share with defeated Podgorica. Primorje will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Podgorica will play on the road against Antivari (#7) in Bar and is hoping to win this game.

It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Sea Stars. It was an exceptional evening for American forward Delaynie Byrne (190-2000, college: N.Colorado) who led the winners and scored 29 points and 7 rebounds. Ksenija Scepanovic accounted for 21 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists. came up with 19 points and 5 rebounds for Sea Stars in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Undefeated Buducnost have an impressive series of seven victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with 7-0 record. Newly promoted Sea Stars keep the second position with two games lost.

The victory was the seventh consecutive win for Buducnost. Defending champion maintains first place with 7-0 record. Primorje at the other side dropped to the fourth position with three games lost. They share it with Podgorica.

In the last game of round 7 winless Antivari was destroyed by Lovcen on the opponent's court 75-55.

Lovcen - Antivari 75-55

Everything could happen in Cetinje at the game between two tied teams. Both seventh ranked Lovcen and bottom-ranked Antivari had identical 0-5 record. This time Lovcen used a home court advantage and crushed the opponent from Bar 75-55 on Sunday night. Vanja Kaludjerovic fired a double-double by scoring 26 points, 10 rebounds, 5 assists and 5 steals for the winners. Guard Jelena Kapisoda (177-1999) chipped in 21 points and 5 rebounds. Lovcen's coach used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American forward Delaynie Byrne (190-2000, college: N.Colorado) produced a double-double by scoring 20 points, 13 rebounds, 4 assists and 7 steals and international center Ksenija Scepanovic (191-2002) added 22 points and 9 rebounds respectively for lost side. Lovcen (1-5) left bottom position moving up to sixth place. It was Antivari's sixth loss in a row. They still close the standings with six games lost. Lovcen will meet higher ranked Trebjesa (#3) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Antivari will play against Podgorica (#5) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
