Top ranked Enea Astoria (10-2) recorded its second loss in Poznan on Saturday night. Visitors were defeated by sixteenth ranked Enea Basket (4-7) 102-97. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Enea Astoria. Twelfth-ranked Kotwica (4-7) made lots of trouble for third ranked Kociewskie Diably (9-2) in Starogard Gdanski on Monday. Kociewskie Diably managed to secure only two-point victory 96-94. However their fans expected much easier game. Worth to mention a great performance of DeMonte Buckingham who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 25 points, 14 rebounds and 6 assists. The best for the losing side was Filip Malgorzaciak with 22 points and 4 assists. Starogard Gd. moved-up to second place, which they share with Lodz. Kolobrzeg lost third consecutive game. They keep the twelfth position with seven games lost. They share it with Poznan. Starogard Gd. will meet league's second-placed Lodz on the road in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Kolobrzeg will play against Tychy (#6) and hope to secure a win.

Rest of the games of round 12 were quite predictable and ended without any surprises. Here they are:
Opole was defeated by Rzeszow in a road game 73-71. Katowice was beaten by Lodz at home 87-93. Stargard won against Tychy on the opponent's court 79-65. Leszno unfortunately lost to WKK Wroclaw in a home game 64-74. Inowroclaw managed to beat Polonia W-wa on the road 88-79. Lancut defeated Opole on its own court 87-80.
The best stats of 12th round was 21 points and 13 rebounds by Piotr Niedzwiedzki of Opole.



Pelplin - Bialystok 101-89

Bottom-ranked Zubry (0-11) tried to put together a comeback for its first victory of the season, but they fell short in the 101-89 loss to eighth ranked Decka (7-5) in Pelpin. Pelplin dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Zubry's 36. It was a great shooting night for Pelplin especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 53.3 percentage. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 31 assists comparing to just 18 passes made by Bialystok's players. Bialystok was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch.
