Rapid - Dinamo B. 82-85

The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Rapid won third quarter 19-17. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Dinamo dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Rapid's 30 and made 16-of-20 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. Dinamo looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of Guinean-American power forward Ousmane Drame (206-1993, college: Quinnipiac) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 27 points and 11 rebounds and Ukrainian forward Viacheslav Bobrov (203-1992) who added 17 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. Dinamo B.'s coach Zydrunas Urbonas used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. At the losing side Ukrainian Oleksandr Lypovyy (203-1991) responded with 29 points and 7 rebounds (on 11-of-13 shooting from the field) and Serbian center Nikola Jevtovic (209-1989, agency: 011 Sports) scored 18 points.

Craiova - Voluntari 89-70

The game was mostly controlled by Craiova. Voluntari was better in fourth quarter 24-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Craiova made 17-of-21 charity shots (81.0 percent) during the game. Americans were the main players on the court. The winners were led by point guard Sam Sessoms (182-1999, college: Coppin St.) who scored that evening 21 points and 8 assists and guard Ishmael Leggett (190, college: Pittsburgh) supported him with 14 points and 6 rebounds. Four Craiova players scored in double figures. Even 25 points and 5 assists by point guard Mike Caffey (183-1993, college: LBSU, agency: Players Group) did not help to save the game for Voluntari. Center Solomon Young (203-1998, college: Iowa St., agency: Octagon Europe) added 19 points and 7 rebounds for lost side. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
