Grigonis leaves CSKA Moscow

27-year old Lithuanian international 198cm swingman Marius Grigonis left Defending champion CSKA Moscow (VTB). In 16 games he averaged 8.5ppg, 1.4rpg and 1.9apg this season. Grigonis also played 10 games in VTB United League where he had 12.0ppg and 2.0apg.
He has been also a member of Lithuanian international program for some years. Grigonis has regularly played for Lithuanian senior team since 2020 and previously for U20 National Team between 2020 and 2014.
He also represented Lithuania at the European Championship five years ago. His stats at that event were 5 games: 4.2ppg, 3.2rpg, 1.4apg.
Grigonis is a very experienced player. He has played also professionally in Germany (ALBA Berlin), Italy, Spain (Huesca, Manresa and Tenerife) and Lithuania (Zalgiris and Zalgiris Kaunas 2nd team).
