Dino Muric gets MVP of the Week award for Slovenian Liga OTP banka

Experienced International Dino Muric (201-C/F-1990) had a great game in the last round for Hopsi Polzela and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 4.
The 36-year old had a double-double of 15 points and 16 rebounds, while his team crushed, the league's bottom-ranked team Sentjur (#10, 0-4) with 17-point margin 84-67. Hopsi Polzela is placed at 3rd position in Slovenian Liga OTP banka. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost that single game earlier this season. He has many years of experience at Hopsi Polzela, through which he has constantly improved. Muric has impressive league stats. The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young American point guard Jalen Benjamin (178-PG-2001) of Rogaska Crystal. Benjamin impressed basketball fans with 27 points, 2 rebounds and 3 assists. It was enough for Rogaska to edge Triglav (1-3) by 2 points 74-72. This victory allowed Rogaska to move up to 7th position in the standings. 3 lost games are too many comparing to just one victory Rogaska managed to get this year. Benjamin is a newcomer at Rogaska and it seems he did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders.

The third best performed player last round was Nejc Klavzar (187-PG-1999) of ECE Triglav Kranj (#8). Klavzar showcased his all-around game by recording 13 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists in the last round. Despite Klavzar's great performance the Triglav lost 72-74 to Rogaska (1-3). But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates. Triglav can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. Klavzar has individually a great season in Slovenia. After only 4 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in assists with 4.8apg (8th best).
