Spanish LF Endesa round 4 best performance: Laura Gil (by Hoops Agents)

International Power forward Laura Gil (191-F/C-1992) had a great game in the last round for Hozono Global Jairis Murcia, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 4.
The 34-year old player was the main contributor (20 points, four rebounds and three assists) to her team's victory, helping them to crush, the league's bottom-ranked team Celta Zorka (#16, 0-4) with 20-point margin 77-57. Jairis maintains the 4th position in Spanish LF Endesa. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost that single game earlier this season. Jairis will need more victories to improve their 3-1 record. It was one of impressive evenings for Gil as usually she does not deliver so high stats. Laura Gil averages this season 8.5ppg.

The second best player in last round's games was young Turkish Tilbe Senyurek (190-C-1995) of Spar UniGirona. Senyurek had a very good evening with 25 points and 6 rebounds. Of course Girona cruised to a 67-57 relatively comfortable win over Araski (#15, 0-4). The game was between two teams which are definitely not main contenders for the title. But Girona managed to improve slightly their position in standings taking 13th place. 3 lost games are too many comparing to just one victory Girona managed to get this year. Senyurek is a newcomer at Girona, but is already one of team's top players.

Third on the list of top players last round was Argentinian guard Melisa Gretter (165-PG-1993) of CAB Estepona Jardin de la Costa del Sol (#8). Gretter showcased her all-around game by recording 16 points, 9 rebounds and 10 assists (!!!) in the last round. She was a key player of Estepona, leading her team to a 81-67 easy win against Avenida (2-2). Estepona needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 2 victories and 2 lost games. Gretter has a great season in Spain. After only 4 games, she made it on the list of the league's leaders in assists with 4.5apg (6th best).
