Swiss Central Basket Luzern (SBL) inked 24-year old American center Randy Phillips (203-109kg-95, college: Radford). He played most recently at Saint John Riptide in Canadian NBL. In 34 NBL Canada games he averaged 6.2ppg and 4.0rpg last season.
Phillips' college team won Big South Conference Tournament in 2018.
He graduated from Radford University in 2018 and it will be his second season in pro basketball.
