An interesting game for Dnipro (11-1) which played road game in Zaporozhye against 4th placed Zaporizhye (7-5). First ranked Dnipro managed to get a 8-point victory 78-70. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Zaporizhye. It was an exceptional evening for Daniil Sypalo who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 21 points, 12 rebounds and 5 blocks. Dnipro's coach Volodymyr Koval used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Tarig Eisa came up with a double-double by scoring 13 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists for Zaporizhye in the defeat. The victory was the third consecutive win for Dnipro.
