Graham's double-double lands him Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

25-year old American forward Jalen Graham (206-F-2001, agency: MSG) had a very impressive game in the last round for second-ranked Surrey 89ers and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 5.
He had a double-double of 18 points and 13 rebounds, while his team beat Leicester R. (#3, 0-5), the league's bottom-ranked team 107-102. The game was between two of the league's top four teams. Scorchers is placed at 2nd position in British league. Surrey is rather a weak team placed in lower part in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 1-2 record. In the team's last game Graham had a remarkable 61.5% from 2-point range. He turned to be Scorchers's top player in his first season with the team. The University of Arkansas graduate has very impressive stats this year. Graham leads league in rebounds with 10.0rpg. Graham is in league's top in and averages solid 66.7% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Isiah Small (202-F-1998) of Caledonia Gladiators. He is American forward in his first season at Caledonia G.. In the last game Small recorded an impressive double-double of 15 points and 17 rebounds. Of course Gladiators cruised to a 87-79 relatively comfortable win over slightly lower-ranked Sheffield S. (#5, 2-2). Despite this victory Caledonia slide down in the standings to 4th position. His team's 3-2 record is not bad at all. Small is a newcomer at Caledonia and quickly became one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to another Surrey's star - guard Marreon Jackson (184-G-1998, agency: Octagon Europe). Jackson scored 23 points and passed 11 assists (!!!). He was another key player of Surrey 89ers, helping his team with a 107-102 win against #3 ranked Leicester R. in a game of the week. The chances of Scorchers not to end season at such low position in the league, however are less than slim as they have already lost 2 games, recording just one victories. With bigger assistance of his teammates, Jackson could try to bring Surrey' a little bit higher in the standings. Jackson has individually a great season in United Kingdom. After only 3 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in assists with 8.3apg (best passer).
