Not a big story in a game when 8th rankedFuture Team (1-11) was outscored by fourth ranked Raiders Tirol (6-4) in Steiermark 90-68 on Sunday. Raiders outrebounded Future Team 38-25 including a 31-20 advantage in defensive rebounds. Raiders looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. The winners were led by center Thomas Pirchner (207-1996) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 22 points and 15 rebounds and Latvian Edgars Kaufmanis (193-1999, college: Bemidji St.) supported him with 24 points, 5 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals. Raiders Tirol's coach Amir Medinov felt very confident that he used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. Even 12 points, 6 rebounds and 9 assists by guard Felix Krasser (185-2001) did not help to save the game for Future Team . Guard Benedict Von Housewald (189-1998) added 11 points and 6 rebounds. Four Future Team players scored in double figures. Raiders moved-up to third place. Future Team lost ninth consecutive game. They keep the eighth position with 11 games lost.
