Seventh-rankedKOS (1-12) used its home court advantage to challenge sixth ranked Lions NextGen (7-5) in Celovec. The visitors from Traiskirchen managed to secure only three-point victory 72-69 . However their fans expected easier game. It was a great evening for guard Nils Kuehteubl (190-2002) who led his team to a victory scoring 25 points. Guard Anes Avdic (190-2005) helped adding 17 points. Lions NextGen's coach allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. The best for the losing side was Slovenian guard Veljko Dena (192-2003) with 12 points and 5 rebounds and German guard Mauro Gerszke (182-1996) scored 12 points and 4 assists. Lions NextGen have an impressive series of six victories in a row. They moved-up to fifth place. KOS lost eighth consecutive game. They keep the seventh position with 12 games lost.
