The most interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Vienna:United (#2) and Timberwolves (#5). United (14-7) won against visiting Timberwolves (10-11) 79-64 . United forced 25 Timberwolves turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Marcell Toth (190-2006) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds. Marius Witzmann (190-2000) contributed with 9 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists for the winners. Luxembourg forward Ivor Kuresevic (193-2003) replied with 16 points and 8 rebounds and guard Dean-Leon Cantor (180-2004) added 13 points in the effort for Timberwolves. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. United have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 14-7 record having five points less than leader Piraten. Timberwolves at the other side keep the fifth place with 11 games lost.
