Regular Season Round 1: UBSC Graz - Traiskirchen 91-85

UBSC Graz used a home court advantage and defeated the opponent from Traiskirchen 91-85 on Sunday night. They outrebounded Traiskirchen 39-25 including 27 on the defensive glass. It was a great shooting night for UBSC Graz especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 55.6 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. American forward Jordan Wood (208-2002, college: Stetson, agency: Elevate Sports Alliance) fired 26 points (perfect behind the arc making all six shots !!!) for the winners. His fellow American import forward Peyton Gerald (206-2003, college: FSC) chipped in 19 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists. Five UBSC Graz players scored in double figures. Latvian point guard Edgars Lasenbergs (187-1995) produced a double-double by scoring 23 points, 5 rebounds and 11 assists and American Trejon Jacob (196-1998, college: FIU, agency: One Motive Sports) added 18 points and 6 assists respectively for lost side. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
