The game in Paralimni was also quite interesting. AEK (2-0) played at the court of Enosis (0-2). AEK defeated Enosis 74-62 on Saturday. American players dominated the game. Power forward Devin Searcy (208-89, college: Dayton) scored 17 points and 9 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and guard Shane Gibson (188-90, college: Sacred Heart) chipped in 13 points during the contest. Forward Michale Kyser (208-91, college: Louisiana Tech) responded with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 13 rebounds and forward Willie Atwood (201-94, college: Arizona St.) scored 20 points. Four Enosis players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. AEK will meet at home APOP in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Enosis will play against Apoel (#5) in Nicosia and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
