An interesting game for Apoel (11-7) which hosted in Nicosia 4th placed Enosis (9-9). Third ranked Apoel managed to get a 7-point victory 90-83. Apoel looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. American players dominated the game. It was a good game for center Marvin Jefferson (206-86, college: Idaho, agency: Interperformances) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 25 points, 16 rebounds and 5 assists. Power forward Justin Baker (203-89, college: Utah Valley) contributed with 27 points for the winners. Baker is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Guard Teyvon Myers (188-94, college: W.Virginia) answered with a double-double by scoring 26 points, 10 rebounds and 7 assists and point guard Anthony Hickey (180-92, college: Oklahoma St.) added 19 points, 7 assists and 4 steals in the effort for Enosis. Four Enosis players scored in double figures. Apoel maintains third place with 11-7 record having four points less than leader AEK. Enosis at the other side keeps the fourth position with nine games lost.
