No shocking result in a game when seventh rankedCopenhagen (2-2) smashed at home bottom-ranked Bears Academy (0-5) 99-75 on Friday. Copenhagen dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Bears Academy 's 30. Copenhagen forced 25 Bears Academy turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international point guard Martin Poulsen (195-1998, college: Mt.St.Mary's) who helped to win the game recording 15 points and 5 rebounds and who added 13 points and 5 assists during the contest. Four Copenhagen players scored in double figures. At the losing side American guard Matt Johnson II (188-1999, college: N.Colorado) responded with 16 points and 6 rebounds and the other his fellow American import import guard Daylan Askew (193, college: Chowan) scored 15 points. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Copenhagen maintains seventh position with 2-2 record. Loser Bears Academy still closes the standings with five games lost.
