Regular Season Round 10: Bears Academy - Amager 90-82

Bears Academy can celebrate finally their first win this season after nine consecutive losses. They used home court advantage to defeat Amager (0-10) 90-82 on Friday. Bears Academy made 16-of-16 free shots (100 percent !!!) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Mads Hansen scored 24 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the charge for the winners and Anton Katholm chipped in 16 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side American-Nigerian forward Ikenna Okeke (198-2001, college: Missouri S&T) responded with 20 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists and American guard Isaiah Burnett (195-1999, college: Stonehill) scored 12 points and 5 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Bears Academy (1-9) left bottom position moving up to eleventh place. It was Amager 's tenth loss in a row. They still close the standings with ten games lost.
