No shocking result in a game when second rankedAabyhoj (7-4) crushed at home bottom-ranked Amager (2-9) 76-54 . They outrebounded Amager 45-29 including 16 on the offensive glass. Aabyhoj players were unselfish on offense dishing 24 assists. It was a great evening for the former international center Caroline Wich (185-1996, college: Portland St.) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 23 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists. Forward Matilde Madsen (180-2000) helped adding 20 points. Aabyhoj's coach Fie Nordby felt very confident using 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Forward Isabella Palmqvist (182-2004, college: SIU) responded with 10 points and 9 rebounds and center Julie Holdflod (168-2001) scored 8 points and 6 assists. Aabyhoj maintains second place with 7-4 record having just two points less than leader Falcon, which they share with SISU. Amager lost fourth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with nine games lost.
