Date: March 5, 2026
Naestved smashed Horsens IC at home 100-77 . Naestved outrebounded Horsens IC 39-28 including 28 on the defensive glass. Naestved looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American point guard Tyler Harris (175-1998, college: S.Florida, agency: Helping Ballers) who helped to win the game recording 20 points and 5 rebounds. His fellow American import guard Cole Bajema (201-2000, college: Utah) contributed with 17 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. point guard Marius Kirkholt (185-1997) answered with 10 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists and the former international forward Liam Sorensen (197-2000, college: Idaho St.) added 14 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Horsens IC. Four Naestved and five Horsens IC players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Horsens IC will play next round against Copenhagen trying to get back on the winning streak. Naestved will try to continue on its current victory against Svendborg on the road.
