There was no surprise in Kastrup where 11th rankedAmager (5-23) was outplayed by ninth ranked Vejen (8-20) 107-85 on Wednesday. Vejen dominated down low during the game scoring 72 of its points in the paint compared to Amager 's 40. Vejen had a 31-20 advantage in offensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was American guard Tony Wroten (198-1993, college: Washington) who had a triple-double by scoring 27 points, 11 rebounds, 12 assists and 4 steals. The other American import forward Andrew Orr (204, college: Washburn) chipped in 32 points and 8 rebounds (on 14-of-16 shooting from the field). Four Vejen players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was Canadian center Majok Gum (206-2000, agency: Starting 5) who recorded a double-double by scoring 20 points and 10 rebounds (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field) and guard Oliver Foldgaard (185) added 20 points respectively. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Newly promoted Vejen maintains ninth position with 8-20 record. Loser Amager dropped to the bottom.
