There was a minor upset when 7th rankedVaerlose (15-14) was edged on the road by ninth ranked Vejen (9-20) 86-83 on Wednesday. Vejen looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists comparing to just 16 passes made by Vaerlose 's players. It was an exceptional evening for American forward Andrew Orr (204, college: Washburn) who led the winners and scored 29 points and 9 rebounds (on 11-of-14 shooting from the field). His fellow American import guard Tony Wroten (198-1993, college: Washington) accounted for 12 points, 7 rebounds and 11 assists for the winning side. Four Vejen players scored in double figures. Willas Moller (196-2006) came up with 18 points and 5 assists and the former international guard Gustav Erichsen (197-2009) added 24 points respectively for Vaerlose in the defeat. Vaerlose's coach Jonas Sorensen rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Newly promoted Vejen maintains ninth place with 9-20 record. Loser Vaerlose keeps the seventh position with 14 games lost.
