There was no surprise when 6th rankedCopenhagen (14-17) was defeated at home by second ranked Naestved (25-6) 104-98 on Friday. Naestved outrebounded Copenhagen 46-34 including 34 on the defensive glass. American-Nigerian guard Ikenna Okeke (198-2001, college: Missouri S&T) stepped up and scored 26 points for the winners and American guard Rollie Worster (193-2000, college: Nebraska) chipped in 14 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists. The best for the losing side was Spanish point guard Andrew Ramirez (181-1997, college: Hartford) with a triple-double by scoring 19 points, 10 rebounds, 11 assists and 4 steals and the former international forward Gustav Suhr-Jessen (201-1998, college: St.Anselm, agency: Blacktop Management) scored 18 points and 8 rebounds. Four Naestved and five Copenhagen players scored in double figures. Copenhagen's coach Frederik Travis tested twelve players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Naestved maintains second place with 25-6 record behind leader Vaerlose. Copenhagen lost seventh consecutive game. They keep the sixth position with 17 games lost.
