Very predictable result when fourth rankedHannover (7-3) won against at home 11th ranked Veilchen (2-8) 71-59 on Sunday. Hannover made 17-of-21 free shots (81.0 percent) during the game. They also forced 20 Veilchen turnovers. Strangely Veilchen outrebounded Hannover 46-34 including a 17-5 advantage in offensive rebounds. Australian forward Kate Oliver (193-1991, college: USC) notched 9 points and 11 rebounds to lead the effort and Finnish guard Veera Pirttinen (180-1997) supported her with 14 points. Hannover's coach Jesper Sundberg used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
