Very predictable result when ninth rankedTigers (12-6) won against 17th ranked Falcons (4-14) in Tuebingen 90-72 on Saturday. Tuebingen made 23-of-27 free shots (85.2 percent) during the game. British power forward Samuel Idowu (203-1997, college: St.Peter's) notched 21 points and 9 rebounds to lead the effort and point guard Till-Joscha Joenke (190-1992) supported him with 20 points (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line). Five Tigers players scored in double figures. Even a double-double of 20 points and 12 rebounds by Julius Wolf (205-1993) did not help to save the game for Nuernberg . American swingman Sardaar Calhoun (198-1999, college: Drake) added 4 points. Falcons' coach rotated twelve players seeing no chance for a win. Tuebingen moved-up to third place, which they share with 5 other teams. Loser Falcons dropped to the sixteenth position with 14 games lost. They share it with Artland.
