An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Lich. Second rankedLich Basketball faced 4th placed Reutlingen . Host Lich Basketball (16-3) defeated guests from Reutlingen (13-5) 87-80 . It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Reutlingen. It was a good game for American point guard Jacob Salinero (185-1997, college: Sonoma St.) who led his team to a victory with 19 points, 9 rebounds and 9 assists. The former international Johannes Lischka (203-1987) contributed with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 14 rebounds for the winners. Point guard Kilian Fischer (184-2002) answered with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 12 rebounds and guard Simion Habtemichael (191-1996) added 13 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Reutlingen. Four Lich Basketball and five Reutlingen players scored in double figures. Lich Basketball keeps a position of league leader, which they share with SC Wizards. Reutlingen at the other side dropped to the second place with five games lost. They share the position with Jena ScCity 2.
