Everything went according to plan when fourth rankedFellbach (14-6) won against at home 10th ranked Deisenhofen (9-11) 75-70 on Saturday. However just five-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Fellbach forced 20 Oberhaching turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Malik Whitaker (198-2000, college: Fort Lewis, agency: Starting 5) who helped to win the game recording 36 points (!!!) and 8 rebounds and Brian Butler (196-1991) who added 15 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. Fellbach's coach Kristiyan Borisov used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. Bosnian forward Nedzad Muratovic (201-1995) responded with a double-double by scoring 31 points and 12 rebounds and naturalized American Omari Knox (185-1986, college: Bloomfield) scored 13 points and 7 rebounds. Fellbach have an impressive five-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Koeln. Oberhaching lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the tenth position with 11 games lost.
