Worth to mention a great performance of Spanish guard Jorge Mejias (190-2001, college: TAMIU) who helped to win the game recording 28 points, 6 assists and 4 steals and American center Diante Bah (204-1997, college: Rowan) who added 11 points and 12 rebounds during the contest. Bah is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Four Kangaroos players scored in double figures. Forward Michael Jost (202-1988) responded with 22 points and 6 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) and guard Mika Freitag (188-2006) scored 13 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Iserlohn moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Rist Wedel. Rostock Acad. lost thirteenth consecutive game. They keep the fourteenth position with 17 games lost.
