There was a small surprise in Allmendingen where fourteenth rankedEhingen/Urspringschule (5-16) won against 12th ranked Ludwigsburg (7-15) 90-80 on Saturday. Ehingen dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Ludwigsburg 's 28 and made 23-of-28 free shots (82.1 percent) during the game. Ehingen looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. American guard Jaylen Alston (193, college: WSSU) fired a double-double by scoring 27 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. Swedish forward Rickard Rietz (205-2002) chipped in 20 points (made all of his seven free throws). Ehingen/Urspringschule's coach Johannes Huebner allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Dominykas Pleta (206-2004) produced a double-double by scoring 20 points and 10 rebounds (made all of his nine free throws !!!) and guard Lenny Anigbata (196-2004) added 17 points and 8 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Ehingen maintains fourteenth position with 5-16 record. Loser Ludwigsburg keeps the twelfth place with 15 games lost. They share the position with Itzehoe.
