Another upset was a game betweenSoeflingen (9-16) and Mannheim (6-19), which took place in Mannheim. 10th ranked Soeflingen lost to thirteenth ranked Mannheim in a road game 63-81 on Sunday. Mannheim forced 20 Soeflingen turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Soeflingen 's players. The winners were led by American guard Kevin Major (190, college: PS Wilkes Barre) who scored that evening 25 points, 8 assists and 5 steals (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field) and Tobias Faller supported him with 20 points and 8 rebounds (perfect from the field making all ten shots !!!). Four Mannheim players scored in double figures. Even a double-double of 26 points and 15 rebounds by center Marko Markovic did not help to save the game for Soeflingen . Power forward Nils Dejworek (207-1995, college: Valdosta St.) added 16 points and 9 rebounds for lost side. Soeflingen's coach rotated ten players seeing no chance for a win. Mannheim maintains thirteenth position with 6-19 record. Loser Soeflingen keeps the tenth place with 16 games lost.
