Not a big story in a game when 18th rankedVechta-2 (4-29) was outscored on the road by ninth ranked Kirchheim Knights (19-14) 98-64 on Saturday. Kirchheim dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Vechta-2 's 16. Kirchheim had a 37-26 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. American guard Cameron Henry (198-1999, college: Indiana St.) nailed 17 points for the winning side and his fellow American import forward James Graham (201-2000, college: AUM) accounted for 10 points and 10 rebounds. Five Kirchheim Knights players scored in double figures. Danish guard Jonathan Klussmann (190-2002) came up with 21 points and Karl Buehner (200-2005) added 8 points and 9 rebounds respectively for Vechta 2 in the defeat. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Kirchheim moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Tuebingen and Bochum. Vechta 2 lost eleventh consecutive game. They stay dead last with 29 lost games.
