Very significant was Fellbach's (#6)92-83 road victory against 7th ranked Leitershofen . Fellbach shot 64.8 percent from the field. The winners were led by American Tyseem Lyles (185-1992, college: Mercy) who scored that evening 14 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists and Nik Schlipf supported him with 20 points. Four Fellbach players scored in double figures. Even 18 points (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field) by center Tom Alte (207-1995) did not help to save the game for Kangaroos . point guard Niklas Krause (198-2002) added 14 points and 4 assists for the hosts. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Fellbach (4-3) moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Oberhaching. Leitershofen lost fourth consecutive game.
