There was an upset when higher rankedDeisenhofen (8-7) was smashed on the road by tenth ranked Langen (6-9) 92-73 on Saturday. Langen outrebounded Oberhaching 43-25 including 16 on the offensive glass. Langen looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by Oberhaching 's players. The winners were led by American power forward Jacob Washington (203-1999, college: CSUDH) who scored that evening 19 points and 9 rebounds and Alexander Lagerman (202-2004) supported him with 18 points. Five Langen players scored in double figures. Langen's coach Tobias Jahn used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Even 31 points and 5 assists by point guard Jonathan Zeisberger (185-2006) did not help to save the game for Oberhaching . Bosnian forward Nedzad Muratovic (201-1995) added 20 points for lost side. Langen maintains tenth position with 6-9 record. Loser Deisenhofen dropped to the fifth place with seven games lost. They share the position with Speyer and Fellbach.
