There was a surprise result when fourteenth rankedLich (4-13) outleveled at home higher ranked Moehringen (6-11) 96-65 on Saturday. Lich made 24-of-28 free shots (85.7 percent) during the game. They also forced 20 Moehringen turnovers. The best player for the winners was the former international Johannes Lischka (203-1987) who had a double-double by scoring 29 points and 10 rebounds. Till Wagner (200-2001) chipped in 31 points. At the other side the best for losing team was Nico Hihn who recorded 21 points and Brian Zimmer added 12 points and 10 rebounds respectively. Moehringen's coach gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Lich moved-up to twelfth place, which they share with Ulm BBU 01 and Soeflingen.
