There was a minor upset when one of their biggest challengersLudwigsburg (9-7) was defeated at home by seventh ranked Kangaroos (9-8) 82-75 on Saturday. Leitershofen looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. American-Jamaican guard Brian Dawson (188-1999, college: Regis Univ., agency: Origins Sports Group) scored 19 points and 6 assists to lead the charge for the winners and American guard Zion Richardson (193-2001, college: CS Fullerton) chipped in 17 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. Four Kangaroos players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was point guard Simon Feneberg (187-2005) with 20 points and 9 assists and Lars Danziger (190-2008) scored 10 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Kangaroos have a solid three-game winning streak. Leitershofen moved-up to fifth place, which they share with 4 other teams. Loser Ludwigsburg keeps the fourth position with seven games lost.
